What an exciting few weeks it’s been on site at Villa Nabu! As mentioned in one of our previous edits, Matt Kempe and the Tampah Hills team have been working on constructing the unique roof design for Villa Nabu on-site at the Tampah Hills workshop.

The team hit a major milestone last week as they finally completed all the assembling and delivered each roof module onsite using a crane. Take a look at how it went…

Construction Update part 2 With Jonas

We are back with part 2 of our August construction update with Jonas Norberg (Co-Founder of Tampah Hills)

Jonas begins with showing us around the new Tampah Hills head office, we are super excited to have such an amazing space where everyone can be working under one roof.

Next we move on to the sports center where the team are currently working on constructing a kids playground designed by @bamboolab.lombok, and a juice bar where you will be able to enjoy refreshing juices after your game!

We are launching stage 3!

The time has come – we are launching stage 3 of Tampah Hills, and we couldn’t be happier to present it to you.

The area is larger and higher up in the hills, and the location is tranquil and private. Stage 3 is close to the parklands, rice fields and sports area. All AA lots and some A lots have sea views, and all lots share the expansive views of the valley facing east. The astonishing sunrises truly are a sight to behold each morning.

There is currently 35 lots available in stage 3, ranging from 1700 up to 4800 m2. the prices are 145$ per m2 for AA lots and 100$/m2 for A lots. Check out the video to see an indepth presentation of three of our favorite lots from stage three.

Construction update from Tampah Hills – May 2022

Here is another update on the construction and development in Tampah Hills, presented by Jakob. This one is in two parts, check both out right here.

In the first part we will show you the update on Villa Boe, Villa N&N (owned by Niclas Nyrensten & Pernilla Nyrensten, Villa V, Villa Awasi and Villa Tantiv!

We also join Matt in the Tampah Hills workshop and discover the incredible work the team have been doing on the unique roof for Villa Nabu We are certainly looking forward to seeing this design by Alexis Dornier come to life!

Part 2 starts off at the soon to be Tampah Hills head office where the whole team will be working under one roof. After that we head up the hill for more villa updates, starting with House of Herring by Gfab architects, then to Villa Layang by Caceres Tous, Villa Wyse by Alexis Dornier, Villa TOV and Villa Keluarga by Hadiprana and lastly, one of our most recent villas to begin construction, Villa Rock also by Caceres Tous.

News from Tampah Hills – March 2022 part 1

We have new updates from Tampah Hills with Jakob walking through some of the current constructions of the constructions. First up is House Of Herring which will be our next finished villa. It’s coming along very nicely and we’re loving all the unique elements used in this design. GFab have done an incredible job! 

Next we have Villa N&N & Villa Tantiv (both by Alexis Dornier) and Villa Tov by Hadiprana where the team are currently working on the ground works and will begin villa construction soon! Keep watching to see the 2 latest additions to Tampah Hills

The second part of our January update starts off in the newly finished Villa Jati, Jakob and Tilda’s villa. They are beyond happy to finally be living in their very own villa in Tampah Hills, Another incredible design by Hadiprana.

Tampah Hills now has 4 completed villas, 10 currently under construction and 12-15 beginning construction in 2022. This edit takes you around to a few of the villas currently under construction. Beginning with the stunning Villa Layang by Caceres Tous, Villa Tantiv, Villa N+N and Villa Boe by Alexis Dornier and Villa V by Atelier Alejandro Borrego which is close to completion
