So I am so happy that is all coming together so I can build my dream villa with jet skis on the beach and lots of world class surf breaks only a couple minutes away!
It just has so many aspects that I love. Return on investment from rentals compared to interest rates on a bank account (invested in stocks and bonds) is a lot better. Plus this you have an increase of the property that could be insane. But most of all you own a dream villa looking out over white sand beaches and palm trees! Life goals as checked as they can be!”
