In collaboration with our architect partners, we offer a full service in designing your dream villa. We specialize in sustainable, modern designs, inspired by the rich building traditions of Indonesia. By using local materials as much as possible, we minimize our carbon footprint while also offering a good overall economy of the project. All villas have incredible views and, if you wish, an ideal setting for your private infinity pool.

Choose your size; 2-, 4, or 6-bedroom or bigger, depending on the size of your lot. To guarantee privacy and a sense of nature, we restrict all buildings to cover a maximum of 30% of the size of the land lot. You can, of course, use an architect of your choice as well. Tampah Hills reserves the right to approve the drawings before construction. We work closely together with a leading western-managed construction company, to make sure that your villa is up to your specifications – architect designed, with superior quality and style, on budget and in time.

The villas are designed in a bold, contempoary style, that also draws inspiration from Indonesian building traditions. The living areas are open, to make the most of the views and the tropical climate, and we use the fresh breeze to cool the building as much as possible.

You can choose interior packages, or create your personal style with the optional help of our designers. We offer bespoke, stylish furniture, made from or even recycled material. Kitchens and bathrooms come equipped with the best and international brands.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

In everything we do, we aim for Tampah Hills to be a role model for sustainable development in Indonesia. All villas are meticulously designed in a sustainable way and will be built using energy-efficient materials and techniques. We will optimize the sun exposure, natural airflow, wastewater reuse, local material sourcing, to minimize the environmental impact. As part of the service agreement, black- and greywater are taken care of centrally and recycled in an environmentally friendly way. Trash collection is also included in the service contract and will be divided and recycled. The Villas are very energy efficient, thanks to leading brands of electrical equipment and smart open designs that minimize need to run air-con.
